Shiseido Spa is the first Shiseido spa in continental Europe, and provides a peaceful sanctuary where guests can combat the effects of modern living and bring harmony to busy lives.
Developed by Shiseido, the Qi Method focuses on the importance of the body’s energy, or ‘Qi’, to our well-being. It is centered on the belief that true beauty comes from a harmony between body and mind. All the treatments are designed to achieve this balance and concentrate as much on total well-being as on improving skin condition.
The treatments use a combination of shiatsu pressure point work, oshiboris (special Japanese hot towels) and aromachological fragrances (which enhance the physical and psychological sense of well-being) to stimulate the tsubo points, which are situated on the path of the Qi flow.
